COMMUNITY GOVERNANCE REVIEW 2025
Mid Suffolk District Council has given Notice that it has commenced a review of Community Governance is all parts of the district. The purpose of this review is to enable councils and residents to consider what changes are needed to parish arrangements for effective future governance.
Coddenham Parish Council has applied under this review to reduce the member seats from 11 to 9. This will enable council to remain quorate when councillors are unavoidably unable to attend meetings, ensuring that the business of the council can continue uninterrupted.

Special Responsibilities - Chair. Sarah has been a member of Coddenham Parish Council since May 2022 and is currently the chair of the council. She has lived in Coddenham with her husband, David, since 2008. She is qualified as a solicitor and has worked both in private practice and as in house lawyer in several multinational businesses. Sarah’s interests include traveling, gardening, horses, skiing and paddle-boarding.
